Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by national holidays, hartals, or natural events.

Deliveries to the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) — Rangamati, Bandarban, Khagrachhari — may take additional time.

For perishable items (fresh produce, dairy), only same-day or next-day delivery is available within Dhaka.

Large or heavy items may incur additional freight charges displayed at checkout.

If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will try again once. After two failed attempts, the item is returned to the seller.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders under ৳15,000 in most areas.
